Lincolnshire - Multiple Planning Applications
What is planned?
The following applications have been submitted for Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area.
2025/0051/LBC - 8 - 9 Castle Hill: Installation of timber beam to repair existing broken timber roof structure and introduction of new timber joists within roofspace to support water tank to serve en-suite bathrooms. (Listed Building Consent).
2024/0830/FUL - Lincoln Cathedral, Minster Yard: Installation of 2 air source heat pumps.
The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
