PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC INFORMATION EVENT

PROPOSAL: Installation and operation of a solar farm and all associated infrastructure
LOCATION: Lands extending between the east of 10a – 16 Ballyleagry Road, to the north of 23 Ballyleagry Road and to the west of 112 – 122 Edenmore Road, Limavady.
A pre-application community consultation event will take place on Thursday 20th February 2025 between 12:00 – 15:00 and 17:00 – 20:00 at Balteagh Presbyterian Church, 199 Drumsurn Road, Limavady, BT49 0PH.
Further information relating to these proposals can be obtained online at www.ballyleagrysolarfarm.com which will go live on Thursday 20th February 2025, by post from Ballyleagry Solar Farm, Belmont, Titanic Suites, 55-59 Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT2 8FE or via email at ballyleagrysolarfarm@belmont.online. Belmont can also be contacted via telephone on xxxxx between the hours of 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council. If a formal planning application is submitted to the Council, local advertisement and neighbour notification will take place and there will be an opportunity to make representations to the Council at that time.
