Surviving Edwardian cornicing to be retained in situ, concealed within new plasterboard casing; matching Edwardian cornicing to befitted to either side of the new casing; upgrade of portal architraves located within doorways to connecting rooms. 

The proposed works will be wholly internal, with no alterations to the building exterior and minimal alteration to the existing interior. All new partitions, suspended ceilings, and shop fittings will be lightweight and fully reversible.
