25/0051/FUL/CE: Tennis Court At Dyrham Park Country Club, Galley Lane, Barnet. Installation of 1 x additional padel tennis court with retractable canopy and installation of retractable canopy on existing padel tennis court. Reason: Green Belt.
24/1521/FUL/WC: The Chequers, Coopers Lane, Potters Bar, EN6 4AG. Construction of 2-bed chalet bungalow style dwelling with habitable space at loft level, rear dormer and insertion of lx front rooflight (following approval of 23/1692/FUL). Reason: Listed Building.
24/1322/FUL/WC and 24/1323/LBCAVC: The Chequers, Coopers Lane, Potters Bar, EN6 4AG. Conversion of pub ground floor to 2 2x bed flats including alterations to fenestration and retention of existing 3-bed first floor flat. Reason: Listed Building.
25/0063/HSE/CE: 40 Blanche Lane, South Minims, Potters Bar, EN6 3PD. Replacement of existing windows to UPVC sash windows, removal of 2 x side windows, relocation of boiler flue on side elevation, replacement front door and alterations to rear door size and style. Reason: Green Belt & Conservation Area.
25/0081/HSE/MT: Ridge Cottage, Crossoaks Lane, Ridge, Potters Bar, EN6 3LH. Part retrospective application for alteration to the existing garage; replacement of the vehicular and pedestrian gate; alteration to landscape; partial fence replacement; and replacement of the existing shed. Reason: Conservation Area & Green Belt.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
