NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION of Rockhills, Crystal Palace Park,

Thicket Road, London SE19 1UF and Sydenham Villas, Crystal Palace Park,

Thicket Road, London SE22 6UF

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 122(2A) Local Government Act 1972 and Section 203 Housing and Planning Act 2016, that the London Borough of Bromley (Council) intends to appropriate Rockhills, Crystal Palace Park, Thicket Road, London SE19 1UF and Sydenham Villas, Crystal Palace Park, Thicket Road, London SE22 6UF (Property) for the development of housing.

This is in accordance with planning permission DC/20/00325/OUT and DC/24/00478/DET.

The Property is shown for the purpose of identification edged in red on the plans below and are available for inspection online at:

www.crystalpalaceparkregenerationplan.com

Any representations to the intended appropriation can be made to the Head of Regeneration, by email to cppregeneration@bromley.gov.uk quoting ‘Crystal Palace Park Appropriation’ or in writing to the Head of Regeneration, Housing, Planning & Regeneration, The London Borough of Bromley, Bromley Civic Centre, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley BR1 1AS and must be received no later than 5.00 pm on 18 February 2025.
