Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2025
Hook Lane, Yorkland Avenue, Cumberland Avenue, The Green, Welling
Notice of Intention
The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable a gas mains replacement by JDT Utilities on behalf of Southern Gas Networks they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- No Waiting no loading (Parking Restrictions) as detailed in Schedule One of this order
The Order will come into effect on 15 February 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 4 weeks.
Whilst the works are in progress no alternative routes will be required.
Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable Southern Gas Networks to undertake their Gas Mains Replacement works, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- Prohibition of traffic on Dale Road from No. 24 to the junction with Heath Road, Crayford
- Prohibition of traffic on Dale Close, Crayford (entire length of the road)
- Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Dale Road, Crayford from No. 24 to the junction with Heath Road, Crayford
- Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition in Dale Close, Crayford (entire length of the road)
- Restrictions to be removed when not required.
The Order will come into effect on 12 February 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 5 weeks.
Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be provided via:

Access to be always maintained for residents and emergency vehicles.
