REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal by Swing Ltd, relating to the application to Welwyn Hatfield Council for C2 (extra care) dwellings, ancillary community facilities, extensive landscaping, and access from Coopers Lane Road with all matters reserved apart from access at Former Hook Estate and Kennels, Coopers Lane Road / Firs Wood Close, Northaw, EN6 4BY

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.
