Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 21 February 2025 quoting the reference number. WARMINSTER PL/2024/11404 - Jubilee Gardens, Warminster - Approval of Reserved Matters (Appearance, Landscaping, Layout & Scale) for Installation of Public Art Commission at Site 1 & Site 2 following 15/01800/OUT;

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

I give notice that Bloor Homes South West is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission (PL/2024/10345) for the construction of 295 homes; public open space, including formal play space & allotments; sustainable drainage systems; & associated accesses & infrastructure; with 0.4ha of land safeguarded for a nursery at Land north of the A3102, Melksham and the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application on the Wiltshire Council website, www.wiltshire.gov.uk. You may also use the computers in your local library to access the council's website. Should members of the public wish to obtain CD copies of the Environmental Statement, they are invited to make direct contact with the applicant's agent LRM Planning, 22 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9LJ, Tel: 02920 349737, Email: neilmantell@lrmplanning.com, who shall advise of the cost associated to providing copies, so long as stocks last.
