The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 21 February 2025 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
I give notice that Bloor Homes South West is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission (PL/2024/10345) for the construction of 295 homes; public open space, including formal play space & allotments; sustainable drainage systems; & associated accesses & infrastructure; with 0.4ha of land safeguarded for a nursery at Land north of the A3102, Melksham and the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application on the Wiltshire Council website, www.wiltshire.gov.uk. You may also use the computers in your local library to access the council's website.
