REASON FOR INQUIRY – Appeal by Churchill Retirement Living Ltd.

Relating to the application to BCP Council for Redevelopment to form a Multigenerational community comprising 177 open market, affordable and retirement living apartments, 237sqm of Class E commercial space, communal facilities, access, car parking, landscaping and all associated works at Former Southern Gas Network Site, Bridge Street, Christchurch.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.

Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
