WORKS AFFECTING A LISTED BUILDING

ZD25/00015/LBC) Listed building consent for removal of external signage and make good, removal of ATM machine and infill aperture to match existing stone work, removal of existing closed counters and removal of existing night safe and infill aperture to match existing stone work.

Listed building consent for reinstatement of primary range first floor from two bedrooms to one bedroom, reorder first floor secondary range to relocate bathroom and add new conservation roof light, reorder bedroom and replace spiral staircase access to lower ground floor with a straight flight staircase.
