The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
24/1933/FH - 9 Folkestone Prime Court, Trinity Crescent, Folkestone, CT20 2ES - Change of use of 4 rooms in a HMO to two self-contained 1 bed, 1 person flats.
24/2025/FH - Former Rotunda Amusement Park, Plot C1, Marine Parade, Folkestone - Reserved matters application relating to layout, access, scale and appearance, public open spaces, landscaping and play space of Plot C1 as approved under planning permission Y17/1099/SH for the erection residential units and associated amenity space, commercial space, car and cycle parking, landscaping, and plant.
25/0051/FH - Port Lympne, Aldington Road, Lympne, CT21 4PD - Siting of 1 safari truck as a holiday let to include 14 square metre extension to existing hardstanding.
25/0110/FH - THE ROYAL MAIL, 8 PARK STREET, LYDD, ROMNEY MARSH, TN29 9AY - Removal of condition 9 (parking) in relation to planning permission Y19/0384/FH
25/0117/FH - Flat 4, 2 East Cliff Gardens, Folkestone, CT19 6AR - Installation of rear facing dormer roof window into existing roofscape.
25/0131/FH - 20 WILBERFORCE ROAD, SANDGATE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 3ED - Single storey rear extension and garden office
25/0132/FH - THE SAMUEL PETO, 23 RENDEZVOUS STREET, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1EY - Listed Building Consent for external and internal redecoration, creation of an internal entrance lobby and minor alteration to the existing external signage
Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
