For planning permission to:
Erection of up to 11, 212m2 of Use Class E(g)/B2/B8 floorspace with associated access, parking, landscaping, drainage and ancillary works
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Central Bedfordshire Council

'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
