TORQUAY
*P/2024/0848 - 36 Abbey Road - Replacement of roof and formation of loft conversion with two pitched roof dormers to front and flat roof dormer to rear. Removal of existing pitched roof at rear to be replaced with new flat roof.

*P/2025/0010 - 238A Union Street - Change of use from Commercial, Business & Service (Use Class E) to mixed use (Use Class C3). Conversion of 1st & 2nd floors to two flats.

*P/2025/0011 - Kohinur, Old Mill Road - Alteration and extension of garage and garden room to form an annex to the main dwelling. Enlargement to existing store.

Appeal
P/2024/0271 - 24 Bella Vista Road, Brixham - Erection of two pitched roof dormer windows in the principal roof to North-East elevation. This application is under appeal and being advertised at the request of the Planning Inspectorate. Please note that it will not be possible to comment via Planning Online. Comments must be sent by post or to planning@torbay.gov.uk.
