PLANNING ACTS: NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the following planning applications have been received. Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans, and other documents submitted on the Council’s website at www.newforest.gov.uk/planning.
The proposed development would affect a Public Right of Way. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated. This application is accompanied by an environmental statement. The proposed development is classified as Major Development.

LYNWOOD FARM, 69 ROLLESTONE ROAD, HOLBURY, FAWLEY SO45 2HBHybrid planning application comprising:
- Outline application for the demolition of 2 residential bungalows and existing farm buildings, the construction of up to 200 homes (including affordable homes), and the creation of a primary new vehicular access onto Rollestone Road (with layout, scale, appearance, and landscaping left as reserved matters).
- Full (detailed) application for the provision of public open space and an Area of Natural Recreational Greenspace (ANRG) and the creation of a new pedestrian access onto Rollestone Road.
The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. The proposed development would affect the setting of a Listed Building.

Anyone wishing to comment about any of these applications must submit comments online on the Council’s website www.newforest.gov.uk/planning or email them to planning@nfdc.gov.uk within three weeks of the date of publication of this notice. Alternatively, you can write to: Planning, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA.
All comments received will be published on our website and copied to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal. We do not accept comments unless you include your name and address. You should only include information that you are happy to be seen by the public. Comments containing inappropriate or offensive material will not be taken into account.
We will try to ensure that personal telephone numbers, email addresses, and signatures are not viewable on the website. Comments received will be viewable on the web for up to one year after the decision on the application is made. We do not acknowledge comments received.
