Hampshire County Council has received amendments to the application for planning permission for:

1. Variation of Conditions 1 (Timescale), 4 (Phasing) and 10 (Landscaping) of Planning Permission 30633/040 (Application No. 03633/043)

2. Variation of Conditions 1 (Timescale), 3 (Arboriculture), 4 (Phasing), 10, 11 & 25 (Landscaping), 26 (Restoration) 27 (Aftercare), and 29 (Plans) of Planning Permission 30633/041 (Application No. 30633/044)

The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Following the submission of the planning applications on 7 June 2024, to which the EIA applies, notice is hereby given that further information has been provided to Hampshire County Council regarding demonstration of Need, Landscape, Ecology, and Hydrology/Flood Risk. The documents are available on the Application tab and Environmental Statement tab and are labeled Reg 25 with the date 15 January 2025.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application on the Development Management website at:

Alternatively, arrangements can be made directly with the Case Officer to view a paper copy of the application.

Electronic version of all the above documents are available for £20.00. The documents can also be downloaded from the Strategic Planning website at the address provided above.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should submit comments online at the Development Management website at the address given above or write to Development Management, Universal Services, Elizabeth II Court West, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8UD by the 3rd March 2025.

Representations must include a name and address to be accepted. Anonymous or confidential representations will not be accepted. Details provided will only be held for the purpose of considering your representation. As part of the statutory process, your name, address, and comments will be on deposit with other application documents, available for public inspection, and published on the website.
