2025/0194 WYMONDHAM, 30 Friarscroft Lane, Wymondham – Reposition doorway in rear elevation Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area.

2025/0104 REDENHALL WITH HARLESTON, Gawdy Hall – Conversion of former stables, coach house and stable cottage into wedding/holiday accommodation; demolition of conservatory; construction of new ceremony room to seat 200 guests; construction of 100 space car park; siting of marquee; conversion of potting shed to outdoor bar and toilet; change of use of land to glamping site incorporating 5 no. shepherds huts, 5 no. lodges and 10 no. bell tents; construction of new shower/toilet block

2025/0153 TACOLNESTON, 136 Norwich Road – Outline planning permission for the erection of 2 no. new self-build dwellings

Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage, Affects a Conservation Area.

Comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk.

Comments made will be on public inspection and available to view on the Council’s website. The Privacy Notice for the Planning inspection register is on the website.
