What is planned?

The following applications have been submitted to North Yorkshire Council and can be viewed at  www.harrogate.gov.uk/publicaccess or by appointment at the Civic Centre, St Lukes Avenue, Harrogate HG1 2AE, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm, to make an appointment ring 0300 131 2 131. The Ripon City applications may also be inspected at the Town Hall, Ripon, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 12.00 noon.

Any comments should be made within 21 days and are by law open to public inspection. Comments can be submitted either via Public Access or in writing to the address above. Failure to meet the deadline may mean comments are not considered in deciding the application.

of traditional stone barn to form 1no dwelling (revised scheme). ZC24/04260/FUL

Darley Darley Mill Darley Carr – Revised Section 73 application for changes to the new build dwellings featuring solar panels or air source heat pumps with enlarged accommodation providing additional bedrooms to those permitted as part of planning permission 20/05216/FULMAJ for the conversion and extension of Mill Building to form 9 Residential Units, erection of storage building/car port, 11 dwellings, detached garage and other external works including car parking though the variation of condition 2. Harrogate The Old Police Station North Park Road – Listed building consent for the replacement of the existing single glazed window sashes with double glazed timber sashes. The original boxes are to be retained. The sashes will replicate the original horned sashes and 6 over 6 panes with narrow glazing bars. The double glazing will be slim 4mm panes. ZC24/02351/LB

Kirby Hill Land Comprising Field At 438285 469181 Ripon Road – Additional information received – Approval of reserved matters for access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale of a Motorway Service Area to the west side of the A1(M) with vehicular over bridge to and from southbound carriageway and partial diversion of the A168, including associated infrastructure and staff access from B6265, allowed under planning appeal APP/E2734/W/20/ 3245778 and accompanied by an Environmental Statement, and varied, also accompanied by an Environmental Statement, in terms of slip road lengths, permissible height of the eastern dumbbell roundabout and minor amendments to the indicative design of associated infrastructure and landscape works by Section 73 permission ZC23/01168/DVCMAJ. Masham 15 Silver Street – Revised Section 73 application to allow for alterations to the approved plans through the variation of Condition 2 of planning permission 20/05068/ FUL for 4 no. dwellings on the upper floors (including loft space) with new ground floor access, demolition of rear outbuildings , new single storey buildings in internal courtyard, alterations to shopfront and doors and windows, including new openings, partly in association with permitted cafe use of part of the existing retail shop, solar panels to south facing roof slope and new roof to rear building.
