REASON FOR INQUIRY
Appeal by Mr James Smith
Against the enforcement notice served by Buckinghamshire Council – South Area (South Bucks).

The notice alleges:
Without planning permission, the carrying out of operational development comprising the following:
a) the erection of three buildings;
b) the erection of a fence;
c) the creation of hard surfaced areas; and
d) the siting of secure storage containers,

without the grant of planning permission
at
246 Swallow Street, Iver SL0 0HT

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under paragraph 1(1) 
of Schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend at 
the place, date and time shown above to decide the appeal.
