25/00042/FUL - Land At Wearside Golf Club Offerton Village Sunderland SR4 9JT. APC Land Solutions is applying to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission for: The creation of a driving range, new short course putting green and associated earthworks; installation of a driving range shelter; new car park and associated access.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan and relates to a proposal which affects the setting of Penshaw Monument which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
25/00100/FUL - 11 Grange Terrace Sunderland SR2 7DF. Park Lane Dental Group is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Replacement of windows from timber to white double glazed UPVC to front and rear elevations.
25/00057/FUL - Land Between Chester Road and Presthope Road Pennywell Sunderland. Gentoo Group is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of 294no. residential dwellings (Class C3) with associated access, landscaping, and infrastructure.
24/02574/FUL - Land at Northern Area Playing Fields Stephenson Road Stephenson Washington.
AMP Clean Energy is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Installation of a Battery box (Energy Storage System) with a 2.4m high palisade fence surround.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
Copies of the application and plans are available for inspection at City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA, during normal office hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm please note this is a self-serve facility. Alternatively, you can make comment and view plans via the internet at https://www.sunderland.gov.uk/online-applications/ within 21 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.
