Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications within a conservation area or affecting a listed building:

Chelmer Cottage North Hill Little Baddow Proposed swimming pool. Ref 24/01780/FUL

Applications can be viewed on our website at www.chelmsford.gov.uk/planning or at the Council offices in Duke Street, Chelmsford during normal opening hours.

Comments can be submitted on the website or by writing to the Council at P.O. Box 7544, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE by 14 February 2025.

Comments submitted will be available for the public to read and if an appeal is made will be passed to the Secretary of State. See our website for further information.
