Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2024/1631: Standon Homestead, Standon Lane, Ockley, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 5QR, Retention of existing gate and proposed use to access land via Standon Lane, proposed single farm track. MO/2024/1998: IBA House, 7, The Crescent, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8DY, Variation of condition 4 of planning permission MO/96/0096 for continue the occupation of the office building without compliance with condition 4 of permission MO/82/1070 in respect of parking spaces numbers 34 to 50 inclusive to allow both the parking planning condition and the public right of way at the side of Ranmore House (IBA House) premises, to allow that this will not apply during the refurbishment period 1st January to 1st April 2025 above, for health and safety reasons.
MO/2024/2084: Bucher Municipal Ltd, Curtis Road, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1XF, Demolition of existing buildings and erection of a single replacement building along with associated parking, bin and cycle storage and electricity substation.
MO/2024/2088 & 2138: Rooftop, The Thorndike Theatre, 7, Church Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8DN, Removal and replacement of 6 No. existing antennas with 6 No. upgraded antennas located on new support poles and brackets, and ancillary development thereto. Top height of upgraded antennas 19.8 metres, height of mast taken by itself 3.8 metres.
MO/2024/2199: Old Barn Hall, Church Road, Bookham, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT23 3PQ, Installation of solar panels on roof of detached storage building.
MO/2024/2223: 5, Queen Annes Gardens, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7JE, Erection of single storey rear extension.
MO/2025/0013: 1, Keepers Cottage, Milton Street, Westcott, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 3PX, Erection of first floor extension, single storey side extension and single storey rear infill extension. Copies of these applications and plans are open for inspection at www.molevalley.gov.uk.
