NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following applications have been made to Trafford Council.

Copies of the application form and plans for the following may be inspected via the Council’s website. Any representations in respect of the proposals should be made in writing, stating the grounds on which they are made, and sent to the undersigned by 13th February 25.

Development Affecting The Setting Of A Listed Building

In the opinion of the local Planning Authority the following would affect the setting of a Listed Building.

For Planning Permission for: Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for variation of Condition 4 (plans) of planning permission 102822/FUL/20 (Full planning application for the erection of a residential development comprising 38 apartments in 2 blocks, 40 townhouses and 6 semidetached dwellings with associated means of access, reconfiguration of existing gyratory and creation of road infrastructure, car parking, public realm, open space including a pocket park and other site infrastructure) with associated changes to condition 5 (affordable housing), condition 9a (hard landscaping), condition 11 (street trees), condition 16 (car parking), condition 40 (PD rights) and condition 41

For Planning Permission for: Installation of 1No. BT Street Hub Unit and associated advertisement panels on either side of the unit. At: Pavement Adjacent To Unit 129 And 130, Stretford Shopping Mall, Chester Road, Stretford. Made By: BT Group Plc. Quote Ref: 115211/FUL/24.

For Planning Permission for: Advertisement consent sought for two digital 75 inch LCD display screen, one on each side of the Street Hub unit. At: Pavement Adjacent To Unit 129 And 130 Stretford Shopping Mall, Chester Road, Stretford. Made By: BT Group Plc. Quote Ref: 115212/ADV/24.

Representations for the above must be made available for public inspection in accordance with the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 even if marked confidential or similarly.
