c) Change of use of agricultural land for private equestrian use including construction of an aggregate path and siting of two storage containers for use in connection with the keeping of horses (Retrospective application) at Land North of Top Street Kilnwick Y025 9JR (Ref: 24/035 I 6/PLF) 

d) Repair, retention and replacement of existing flooring -works to retain existing original flooring including existing stone paving to hallway area at ground floor level and existing wide timber floor boarding and floor build up of first floor areas including stripping existing damage and poor quality older flooring at 26-28 Lairgate Beverley HU17 8EP (Ref: 25/00 I 35/PLB) 

e) Erection of a self/custom build dwelling at Land North of Bramley Cottage 37A East End Walkington HU17 8RX (Ref: 25/00054/PLF) 

f) Erection of a single storey extension to rear, porch canopy to front and altered parking layout at 79 South Street Cottingham HU16 4AP (Ref: 24/0354 I /PLF) 

g) Erection of two storey extensions to rear following demolition of existing single storey extensions and installation of replacement windows to rear at Sarum House I Mill House Woods Lane Cottingham HU16 4HA (Ref: 25/00022/PLB) 

h) Erection of a single storey extension to side and installation of replacement windows and door to front at 274 Hallgate Cottingham HU16 4BQ (Ref: 25/000 I 3/PLF) 

i) Erection of two storey extensions to rear following demolition of existing single storey extensions and installation of replacement windows to rear at Sarum House I Mill House Woods Lane Cottingham HU16 4HA (Ref: 25/00023/PLF)

j) Erection of a residential care home (Use Class C2) with associated access, car and cycle parking, landscaping and infrastructure at Land South of Willow Lane Beverley HU17 0RN (Ref: 24/03802/PLF) 

k) Erection of ten dwellings with associated access, garages, parking and infrastructure at Land East of Guardians Road Patrington HU12 0NY (Ref: 22/02 187/PLF) 

Proposals (b,d,f,h,k) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Proposals (g,i) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section I of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposals (a,e,g,i) affect the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposals (c,d,h) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section I of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
