25/00055/FUL for two-storey and single-storey rear extensions, conversion of existing carport to workshop and installation of gates to front elevation at Poppleton Lodge, 8 Millfield Lane, Nether Poppleton.
25/00020/FUL and 25/00021/LBC for two-storey and single-storey rear extensions at 6 Clifton.
24/02280/FUL for erection of railings to front garden wall at 128 Fulford Road.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of these householder applications, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.
