NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15(3) OR ARTICLE 16 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Proposed Development at: Silvertown Quays Bounded By Royal Victoria Dock Connaught Bridge And Mill Road, North Woolwich Road, Silvertown, London

I give notice that DP9 Ltd acting on behalf of - is applying to the London Borough of Newham for the approval of:

Reserved Matters Application to approve details of Scale, Appearance, Layout, Access and Landscaping for relation to Phases 1.7B and 1.9A of the approved Development, comprising Plots 78 and associated public realm/landscaping (Phase 1.9A) in accordance with Condition A1 of Outline Planning Permission ref: 14/01605/OUT (granted on 19 August 2016).

THIS APPLICATION IS ACCOMPANYING A STATEMENT OF CONFORMITY TO THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT UNDER THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED).

THIS APPLICATION AFFECTS THE SETTINGS OF LISTED BUILDINGS.
