Proposal: Construction and operation of up to a 80MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), comprising battery container units; inverter-transformer skid units, electrical substation buildings; substation compound; access roads; water storage tanks; fencing; CCTV; landscaping, and all ancillary grid infrastructure and associated works.

Proposal: G1 – a group of x1 Ash, x1 multi-stemmed Laurel and x1 multi-stemmed Holm Oak:

• reduce the crown height and the crown spread of 1 x Ash tree, reducing the crown height by up 1.5 metres and reducing the crown spread by 2m on the tree eastern aspect, making natural target pruning cuts of up to 50 mm in diameter.

• reduce the height, to approximately 2m above ground level the Laurel, pruning back all side branch growth from the eastern aspect, removing branch lengths of up to 3m and making natural target pruning cuts of up to 75 mm

• reduce the crown height and spread of the Holm Oak, reducing to approximately 3m above ground level and pruning to the weight and leverage of all stems

• creating a new hedge line along this boundary.

Proposal: Demolition of modern extensions, single storey extension, replacement of porch, and construction of outdoor kitchen. External alterations and repairs including replacement/newly installed windows, re-rendering walls, re-roofing, Solar PV & Heat pump installation, replacement hardstandings. Internal alterations and repairs including replacement floors, floor layout changes, new electrical/plumbing & heating systems including installation of UFH, replastering, and installation of a new staircase.

Proposal: Proposed external works include the removal of a flat roof storage building. Introduce a new single storey storage for garden implements, logs and solar battery and a green house. New boundary (road wall) and gate pier metal gates. Introduce an estate type open metal fence and solar panel array within the setting. Reduce existing chimney to roof level and rebuild to the same height. Replace external door with new to match existing including glazing. Replace flat roof glazing above front door and path to an agreed colour. Replace two flush casement windows (W1 & W2) at ground and first floor and introduce flush slate roof vents at the rear and repair the stone boundary wall.

Internal works include reconfiguring the rear bathroom to provide an ensuite, including partitions and a new door and create an ensuite shower in the main bedroom at first floor and introduce a sun-pipe and remove existing soil pipes on the back elevation. Replace insulated floors to part of the ground floor and provide an accessible shower and toilet at ground floor. Replace existing fireplace in downstairs dining room in a traditional style and introduce a new log burner in the sitting room.

Proposal: Removal of single storey store on front elevation and widening of vehicle access. Installation of Solar PV ground array with protective fencing. Construction of detached store to rear and greenhouse to south east elevation and replacement chimneys.
