Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

  Erection of 2 no. buildings (Class B2/B8) and all associated works. This proposal is a major development & may affect the setting of a public right of way.

• Application No. 50/24/00085:

  Purlieu House, Sand Road, Wedmore, BS28 4BZ.

  Replacement of windows. This site lies within a Conservation Area. (Householder application).

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
