The Council has received applications: ST/0745/24 for construction of a flat roof carport with two rooflights with steel support framework at 6A West Park Road, Cleadon, SR6 7RR which is within the Cleadon Village Conservation Area. As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal that proceeds by way of the expedited procedure, any representations made will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations. ST/0748/24 for container café, WC, bike store and associated seating area. Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary Conditions 2 (Approved Plans) and 3 (Materials) of Planning Application ST/0186/24/FUL at Land at Ferry Landing, Ferry Street, South Shields, NE33 1JR which affects the setting of a listed building.
