NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15(3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Proposed development at Poultry Houses, Park Common, Kenninghall, NR16 2ES

Ref: PL/2024/1178/FMAJ

I give notice that Mr Ward (Crown Chicken Ltd) is applying to the Breckland Council for planning permission for 3 no. replacement poultry sheds and ancillary development – Environmental Impact Assessment Development and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.

Members of the public may inspect copies of:

• the application
• the plans
• the environmental statement
• and other documents submitted with the application

at Breckland Council Offices, Elizabeth House, Dereham during all reasonable hours until 19th February 2025.

Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from Crown Chicken Ltd, Green Farm, Edge Green, Kenninghall, NR16 2DR, so long as stocks last, at a charge of £25.00 (Paper).
