Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b)(i)

PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC EVENT

Avant Homes (Scotland) Ltd and Eldridge Developments Ltd ("the Prospective Applicant") is holding a public consultation event in relation to its proposals at Lochend Road, Easterhouse, Glasgow, as described below.

Proposal: Residential development with associated engineering, infrastructure, parking, landscaping and open space.

At: Site Opposite 607 Lochend Road, Easterhouse, Glasgow.

A drop-in public exhibition will take place on Tuesday 28 January 2025 between 2.30pm and 6.30pm at St Benedict's Church, 755 Westerhouse Road, Easterhouse, Glasgow G34 9RP.

If you wish to make comments on the proposals you may do so through the above consultation website, during the public event and/or in writing to the Prospective Applicant using the above addresses. All comments should be submitted no later than 7 February 2025. Please note that all comments made as part of this public consultation are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted, there will be an opportunity to make representations on that application to the planning authority.
