b) Opening up of three existing fireplaces including relocation of existing marble fireplace surround from the first floor to ground floor following blocking up of existing first floor fireplace and alteration of existing fireplace at ground floor to accommodate the existing fireplace surround at 26-28 Lairgate Beverley HU 17 8EP (Ref: 25/00039/PLB) 

c)Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning reference 22/03550/STPLF (erection of a building for Use Class E (Research and Development and Light Industrial) and/or Class B2 (General Industrial) purposes with ancillary office accommodation, erection of two ancillary buildings (gatehouse and lakehouse), installation of plant and service yard including substation, erection of perimeter fencing, construction of vehicular and pedestrian access/ egress, car and cycle parking, servicing areas, attenuation pond and basin, landscaping and associated works) to allow for reduction in scale and redesign of appearance of development and amendment to site layout at Land North of Operational Support Humberside Police Wyke Way Melton HU I4 3BQ (Ref: 24/03730/STVAR) 

d) Erection of 39 dwellings, garages and associated access and infrastructure and planting of a new 20m deep tree belt at Land East of 30 Canada Drive Cherry Burton HU 17 7RH (Ref: 24/004 I 0/PLF) 

e) Erection of a detached garage (retrospective) at 4 James Close Withernsea HU 19 2HD (Ref: 24/03735/PLF) 

F) Erection of a single storey extension to side/rear and construction of dormer windows to front and rear of main roof at 22 Newbegin Beverley HU 17 8EG (Ref: 24/03791 /PLF) 

g) Erection of a dwelling following demolition of existing dwelling and extend hardstanding for parking (Resubmission of 24/02533/PLF) at North Farm Cottage Old School Lane Rise HU I I 5BW (Ref: 24/03656/PLF) 

h) Installation of boiler flue to D block at East Riding of Yorkshire Council County Hall Cross Street Beverley East Riding ofYorkshire HU 17 9BA (Ref: 24/032 I 8/REG3) i) Erection of a 400kV electricity substation, construction of vehicular access and associated access road and diversion of Park Lane with associated works at Creyke Beck Substation 4875 Park Lane Cottingham (Ref: 24/038I9/STPLF) 

j) Erection of a single storey extension to rear, the installation of solar PV panels to rear and replacement of existing windows, facias and soffits following the demolition of existing conservatory at 7 Ferry Road South Cave HU 15 2JG (Ref: 24/03700/PLF) 

Proposals (b,d,f,h,j) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Proposal (b) is a Listed Building scheduled under Section I of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposal (d) affects the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposals (b,f,h) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section I of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
