Proposed replacement bridge at Sandhills Meadow, Shepperton This application is within Upper Halliford Conservation area 

24/01421/HOU - Osmanstead, Condor Road, Laleham, Staines-upon-Thames, TW18 1UG 

Alterations to existing building to replace existing flat roof with a pitched roof; relocation of main entrance; and replacement of external window and doors, including two front ‘juliet’ balconies. 

Removal of car canopy over the existing front door

This application is within Laleham Conservation area 

24/01547/FUL - 12 Clarence Street, Staines-upon-Thames TW18 4SP 
Extension to the existing kitchen extractor duct to the roof of the building

This application is within Staines Conservation area 

24/01320/FUL - London Irish Rugby Football Club Hazelwood, Hazelwood Drive, Sunbury-on-Thames TW16 6QU 

The installation of pitch floodlights towards the western side of the site. 

This application constitutes a Major Application
