25/00009/FUL - The Roker Hotel 9 - 13 Roker Terrace Sunderland SR6 9ND. Seaton Hospitality Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of new walls, windows and doors to existing under croft at lower ground floor level to rear of property. Form new apertures to form new windows / doors to existing building. Installation of new windows and doors to lower ground floor elevation. Render externally to new under croft walls. Installation of new perimeter wall lighting and new entrance doors and canopy to rear entrance of building from existing car park.

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
24/02254/VA4 - Proposed development at; Land At Philadelphia Complex/Philadelphia Lane Houghton-le-Spring. Persimmon Homes Durham is applying to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission for: Variation of condition 46 (provision of link road) as attached to planning permission 14/00538/HYB (as amended by 16/02285/AM1,19/00037/AM1 and 24/02217/AM1) to allow up to 200 dwelling houses to be occupied before the details of the link road have been submitted to the Local Planning Authority and up to 261 dwelling houses to be occupied before construction of the link road and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of Power Station and Workshops within Philadelphia Complex which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
The above application relates to development on land or buildings owned by the Sunderland City Council.
