Notice is hereby given that the TANDRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCIL has received the following applications for planning permission or which affect a listed building, conservation area, Tree Preservation Order, public footpath/ bridleway or major development.

Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - notice under article 15, & planning (listed building & buildings in conservation area) regulations 1990, & town & country planning (environmental impact assessment) regulations 2017 - notice under article 25

2024/1209 - Oakleigh Court, Church Lane, Oxted.
Erection of a fourth floor extension to create 4 No 2 bedroom flats (Site Address amended).

2024/1259 - New Place Stables, Station Road, Lingfield.
Demolition of existing front extension and replacement with new front extension.

2024/907 - Land at Godstone Road, Bletchingley.
Outline planning application (all matters reserved except access, layout and scale) for residential development (Use Class C3) of up to 100 dwellings including 50% affordable dwellings and 5% self-build plots, with associated parking and amenity space and biodiversity enhancement.

2024/1285 - The Old House & Church Cottage, Church Lane, Bletchingley. Amalgamation of The Old House & Church Cottage with minor internal openings and external landscaping to enhance the properties to their original status as one dwelling. (Listed Building Consent).

2024/1355 - Printworks, 6 Beadles Lane, Oxted.
Variation of Condition 2 (Plans) of planning permission ref: 2021/2149. (Demolition of existing buildings. Erection of five dwellinghouses including parking provision, hard and soft landscaping and associated works) to amend plans and elevations of dwellings to optimize dwelling layouts.

2024/1361 - Prinkham House, Moor Lane, Marsh Green,
Edenbridge. Erection of first floor extension, single storey side extension. External alterations. Garage side extension and associated landscaping.

2024/1326 - 2 Town End, Caterham. Demolition of vacant public house and redevelopment of the site to provide a building up to 4 storeys comprising commercial (Class E) at ground floor level and 12 flats (Class C3) above, with associated car parking, cycle parking, refuse storage and hard and soft landscaping.
