TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE ORDER 2015)
Proposed planning application for the Redevelopment and enhancement of the existing Fire and Rescue Service Training site, including repurposing and refurbishment of existing building, new buildings comprising a Technical Services building, new garaging, new classroom/lecture building, an Operational Live Fire Training (OLFT) Facility and associated smoke scrubbing plant, new substation, and external hardstanding training area including a replica motorway, and associated infrastructure at Joint Emergency Service Academy, Hitchin Road, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 4AE.
