NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following application

1) Display of two internally illuminated fascia signs, one internally illuminated poppy sign, one non-illuminated poppy sign and two non-illuminated decorative signs at Popeyes Unit 14 Prospect Place (Application Ref. No. DA24/01467/ADV)

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the setting of a building listed as being of special architectural or historical interest. 

2) Proposed construction, operation and maintenance of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) with associated infrastructure (including batteries in storage containers, a sub station and inverters) and works including highway access, landscaping and biodiversity enhancements.

at Land To North And South Of Station Road Southfleet Kent (Application Ref. No. DA/24/01470/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

3) Erection of single storey rear extension including demolition of existing double garage to side of property and erection of new detached dwelling

at 19 Eagles Road Greenhithe Kent

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the setting and character or appearance of the Greenhithe Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/24/01395/FUL)

4) Removal of existing air conditioning units and installation of one replacement unit within rear elevation

at Lloyds Bank 4 - 6 High Street Dartford (Application Ref.
DA/24/01440/FUL).

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area
