Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - Notice under Article 15 of Application for Planning Permission

Nottinghamshire County Council has received a planning application from Mr D Hudson, Float Fish Farm.

Proposed Development: Variation of conditions 7 and 8 of permission 3/21/02478/CMA to extend the duration that the processing area and site facility is permitted to operate, to tie in with dates proposed within a new full planning application to deepen ponds in the adjacent area. Variation of condition 4c to amend to a new finished pond plan
