PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
a) Repair works to damaged bridge due to scour of
the foundations and loss of mortar to the intrados of
the arches and reinstatement of the stone which has
been lost at Boynton Hall Bridge Main Street Boynton

b) Erection of a single storey extension to side at
Cottage Farm Main Street Bessingby YO16 4UH
(Ref: 24/03652/PLF)
c) Erection of a single storey extension to side,
formation of new doorway opening to existing gable,
replacement double glazed sash windows to ground
and first floor to front, side and rear at Cottage Farm
Main Street Bessingby YO16 4UH (Ref: 24/03653/PLB)
d) External repairs and renovations including
replacement roof coverings, increase height of
existing chimney stack, external cladding, installation,
replacement and reinstatement of windows and
doors and installation of security shutters to ground
floor at Victoria Mill and adjoining building Sawmill

e) Conversion of three agricultural buildings to
three dwellings with associated access, parking and
landscaping (re-submission of 23/03616/PLF) at
Pear Tree Farm Wold Newton Road Thwing
YO25 3DT (Ref: 24/03492/PLF)
Proposals (b,c,d) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (a,b,c) are Listed Buildings scheduled
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (a,b,c,d,e) affect the setting of a Listed
Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
