Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication.

TWC/2023/0549 (Erection of 1no. builder's merchant building for the display, sale and storage of building, timber and plumbing supplies, plant and tool hire including outside display and storage and associated works) to allow the addition of a perimeter retaining wall

TWC/2024/0940 – Wellington Orbit, 1 Station Road, Wellington – Replacement of 12no. first floor single glazed windows and 9no. second floor single glazed windows, erection of a second floor rear extension, installation of photovoltaic panels to the rear roof, infill and reinstatement of a rear first floor door, replacement of a rear external fire escape staircase and rebuilding of an external rear wall with associated site work

Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at planning.control@telford.gov.uk and need to be received by 6 February 2025 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them
