Greystoke CB Ltd submitted an outline planning application on land at the above address to Cherwell District Council (CDC) Bodicote House, White Post Rd, Bodicote, Banbury OX15 4AA on 5th December 2023 (CDC ref: 23/03428/OUT). The application is for up to 140,000m2 (1.5 million square feet) of B8 logistics warehousing along with other associated works and infrastructure with all matters reserved. This was accompanied by an Environmental Statement (ES).
The application was refused by CDC on 26th March 2024 and is now the subject of appeal to the Secretary of State under the reference APP/C3105/W/24/3352512 and CDC ref:24/03428/OUT.
A request was made by the Planning Inspectorate to the Appellant on 3rd December 2024 with a requirement to supply further information in regard to the Environment Statement pursuant to the appeal referenced above. The Appellant has prepared Further Information, and this is available to view online at https://planningregister.cherwell.gov.uk/ under CDC ref: 23/03428/OUT for 30 days from the date of this notice.
