Date: Wednesday 5 to Friday 7 February 2025 at 10.00am at The Main Conference Room, Parkside, Chart Way, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1RL
REASON FOR HEARING
Appeal by Mr Samson Smith, Mr Joe Johnny James and 9 Occupiers against an enforcement notice served by Horsham District Council in relation to Oaks Farm Kent Street Cowfold Henfield West Sussex BN5 9AZ. The matters which are alleged to constitute a breach of planning control are “Without planning permission, the material change of use of the land to use for the stationing of caravans for the purposes of human habitation together with the associated operational development comprising the importation of soil and waste material to create a hard surface, the installation of a septic tank, installation of a water treatment plant and the construction of a building/wooden structure used in connection with the unauthorised residential use.”.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under paragraph 1(1) of schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend at the place, date and time shown above to decide the appeal.
