(The Online Planning portal is not currently available) The full planning application documents, plans, and drawings may be viewed at Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, Council Offices, Sandwick Road, Stornoway HS1 2BW or Council Offices, Balivanich, Benbecula between 0900-1700hrs Monday to Friday by prior appointment.
Requests for an appointment, for further information or any written comments may be made within 14 days of the date of publication of this notice by email to planning@cne-siar.gov.uk or by post to the Planning Service at the address given above, quoting the application reference number:
24/00555/PPD – Uig Sands Rooms, Timsgarry, Lewis. Extend access road and parking; erect holiday-let accommodation units consisting of 4no.suites, with shared utility room; 4 air source heat pumps; install private waste water system; laundry shed; and site 2no. staff accommodation caravan pods.
24/00559/PPD – Back Football & Recreation Club, Community Centre, Upper Coll, Back, Lewis. Erect a new ancillary changing room building; erect new spectator stand; extend centre for accessible entrance porch; alterations to exterior including new window apertures, alterations to the existing dormer windows, a new roof coverings and exterior render coating.
25/00001/PPD – 34A Melbost, Point, Lewis. Erect dwelling. Install solar panels.
