RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog yn bwriadu, dim llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad y Rhybudd hwn, i wneud Gorchymyn, effaith yr hyn fydd i wahardd cerddwyr rhag myned ar hyd llwybr troed rhif 10 sydd yn dechrau o’r gyffordd gyda llwybr march rhif 11 i’r gogledd orllewin o Ongur Uchaf (cyfeirnod grid 284510,215252) ac i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y de orllewin am bellter o tua 260 metr i’r gyffordd gyda llwybrau troed rhifau 29 a 42 (cyfeirnod grid 284311,215211); llwybr troed rhif 29 o’r gyffordd gyda llwybrau troed 10 a 42 (cyfeirnod grid 284311,215211) ac i’r A4067 (cyfeirnod grid 284246,215120) a llwybr troed rhif 42 o’r gyffordd gyda llwybrau troed rhifau 10 a 29 (cyfeirnod grid 284311,215211) i’r A4067 (cyfeirnod grid 284087,215247).

Mae’r gwaharddiad yn angenrheidiol i sicrhau diogelwch y cyhoedd gan fod coed wedi cwympo ar draws y llwybrau. Nid oes ffyrdd amgen ar gael ar hyd y rhwydwaith hawliau tramwy. Bydd y Gorchymyn yn dod i rym ar y 22ain o Ionawr

2025 ac yn debygol o fod yn weithredol am 6 mis fan hiraf. Bydd unrhyw estyniad yn fwy na 6 mis yn ddarostyngedig ar ganiatad Gweinidogion Cymru.

(Public Footpaths Nos. 10, 29 and 42 in the Community of Tawe Uchaf) (Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order, the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians in the length of footpath no. 10 that proceeds from the junction with bridleway no. 11 to the north west of Ongur Uchaf (grid reference 284510,215252) in a generally south westerly direction for a distance of approximately 260 metres to the junction with public footpaths nos. 29 and 42 (grid reference 284311,215211); footpath no. 29 from the junction with footpaths nos. 10 and 42 (grid reference 284311,215211) to the A4067 (grid reference 284246,215120) and footpath no. 42 from the junction with public footpaths nos. 10 and 29 (grid reference 284311,215211) to the A4067 (grid reference 284087,215247).

The purpose of the Order is to ensure public safety as trees have fallen across the footpaths. No alternative routes are available along the rights of way network.

The Order will come into operation on the 22nd January 2025 and it is anticipated that it will be in force for a maximum period of 6 months.Any further extension of the Order beyond six months will be subject to the consent of theWelsh Ministers.
