Notice is hereby given that an Inspector will be appointed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to determine:

SECTION 26 (AS AMENDED) LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY
COUNCIL CREATION OF PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY NUMBER 1207

and will attend at:
The National Golf Centre, The Broadway, Woodhall Spa, Lincs, LN10 6PU on 12 March 2025 at 10.00am.
To hold a public local inquiry into the Order
The effect of the Order, if confirmed without modifications, will extinguish the full width of Restricted Byway 1125 in the parish of Woodhall Spa running from TF 1750 6239 to OSGR TF 1753 6241 to OSGR TF 1756 6245 to OSGR TF 1772 6249 to OSGR TF 1776 6250. The total length of extinguished footpath is 282m as shown between points A-B-C-D-E on the Order drawing.
It will also create Public Bridleway No.1207 in the parish of Woodhall Spa to be 3m wide commencing at TF 1750 6239 and running to OSGR TF 1753 6241 to OSGR TF1756 6245 to OSGR TF 1770 6249 to OSGR TF 1775 6252 (E). The total length of bridleway added is 281m as shown between points A-B-C-D-E on the order map. Limitations: Bridle gates compliant to BS5709:2018 at OSGR TF 1750 6239, OSGR TF 1757 6245 & OSGR TF 1771 6250
