Proposed development at: Farmer Norton Car Park (Phase 1) Cleminson Street, Salford, M3 6FS. Take notice that a full planning application is being made by: ECF (General Partner) Limited.

Full planning permission for the: Demolition of existing structure and erection of residential development comprising 42 three bed dwellings (Use Class C3) together with secure cycle storage, secure external bin storage, car parking, landscaping, substation and associated works.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Salford City Council.

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
