Full planning permission for the: Demolition of existing structure and erection of residential development comprising 42 three bed dwellings (Use Class C3) together with secure cycle storage, secure external bin storage, car parking, landscaping, substation and associated works.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Salford City Council.
Local Planning Authority address: Development Management, Planning and Building Control, Place Directorate, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5AW.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
