c) Outline - Residential development (up to 80 dwellings) with associated open space, access, landscaping and infrastructure (Access to be considered) at Land South of Oak Plantation Common Lane Welton HU15 1WX (Ref: 24/02875/STOUTE PP- I 3368856)
d) Creation of public open space, footpaths and cycle links, including bicycle/skate/scooter track at Land at Oak Plantation Common Lane Welton (Ref: 24/02876/STPLFE PP-13369790)
e) Outline - Residential development (up to 50 dwellings) and associated open space, access, landscaping and infrastructure (Access to be considered) at Land at Ings Lane and East of Skillings Lane Ings Lane Elloughton HU15 1EN (Ref: 24/0288 USTOUTE PP-13368982)

These applications are accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended).

Hard copies of CDs of the Environmental Statement and Non-Technical Summary are also available and are charged at £25 per CD and £450 per hard copy plus P+P.
