2024/1028/FUL Demolition of existing structures and the erection of a housing scheme of 20 dwellings comprised of 8 dwelling houses, 4 bungalows and 8 cottage style apartments, with access, car parking, landscaping and other associated works at 12 Church Road, Banks, Southport. 

2024/1060/FUL Variation of condition 2 of planning permission 

2022/0883/FUL in relation to approved plans at Sisters Of Notre Dame Convent, Lancaster Lane, Parbold. The application affects a Conservation Area. 

2024/1082/LBC Remodelling of the ground floor and external decorating at Hesketh Arms, 81 Liverpool Road, Rufford. The application affects a Listed Building. 

2024/1094/FUL Single storey rear extension with associated external works at 4 Top Locks, Wheat Lane, Lathom. The application affects a Conservation Area.
