Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning

(Development Management Procedure) Order 2015,

Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990,

and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas)

Regulations 1990.

North Yorkshire Council (Craven) has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated:

Application No: ZA24/26588/FUL

Proposal: Sub-division of dwelling to create two dwellings for S & H Swann

Location: 7 Back of The Beck Skipton BD23 1PH

Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: ZA24/26339/FUL

Proposal: Proposed new build detached dwelling for Calvert Homes (Connoley Ltd)

Reason: Would affect the route of a public right of way.

Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Reason: Proposes works to a Listed Building.

The applications are available to view and for comment online at publicaccess.cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications/ or electronically at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ.

Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 30th January 2025.
