AT CHERWELL DISTRICT COUNCIL, BODICOTE HOUSE, WHITE POST ROAD, BODICOTE, BANBURY, OX15 4AA.

OPENING ON 4TH FEBRUARY 2025 AT 10:00 REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal by Greystoke CB Ltd Relating to the application to Cherwell District Council for Construction of up to 140,000 sq m of employment floorspace (use class B8 with ancillary offices and facilities) and servicing and infrastructure including new site accesses, internal roads and footpaths, landscaping including earthworks to create development platforms and bunds, drainage features and other associated works including demolition of the existing farmhouse at Land east of Junction 11 of the M40 , (OS Parcel 5616 South West of Huscote Farm and East Of, Daventry Road), Banbury.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, their views.
