NOTICE UNDER ARTICLES 13 & 14 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed Development at: Land between the junction of Sidings Street and Marshgate Lane; Barbers Road; Cook’s Road; Stratford High Street; and Sugar House Lane, in the vicinity of Pudding Mill Lane, Stratford, London, E15
Take Notice that: East London Energy Ltd has applied to the London Borough of Newham to secure planning permission for an extension to the District Heating Network. Accordingly, the description of development comprises:
Extension to the existing Olympic Park District Heating Network (DHN), consisting of 2 x pipes (200mm in Internal Diameter), communication cabling, and associated works, to be accommodated part within utilities trench, existing utilities ducts and above ground utilities casing, to allow the transfer of heat and data communications between the Olympic Park Energy Centre and proposed development sites within the vicinity of the Pudding Mill Lane area. The route of the DHN extension includes the point of connection to the existing DHN network at the junction of Marshgate Lane and Sidings Street, traverses under the Greenway (Northern Outfall Sewer), south along Marshgate Lane, and under the railway viaduct adjacent to Pudding Mill Lane DLR Station. The DHN then continues south down Marshgate Lane.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the London Borough of Newham within 21 days of the date of this notice at:

[*Owner means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
**Tenant means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land]
